- Experience in leading a team of more than 50 people in marketing, operations, and promotion;
- Have more than 3 years of platform operation experience and more than 1 year of management experience;
- Understand the Thailand/Korea/Philippines market platform operation strategies and operation methods;

Job content:
- Decompose strategies, implement and supervise the implementation of various plans to ensure the company’s business goals are achieved;
- Planning operation model and development, promotion plan, and development agency;
- Improve the decision-making communication mechanism and participate in major company business decisions;
- According to the needs of market planning, organize personnel to collect product marketing, market planning and various creative materials and information;
- Responsible for corporate image, brand positioning and management;
- Guide the production of various promotional data, product pre-sales planning, etc., to provide support for promotion work;
- Supervise the execution and implementation of various marketing activities;
- Collect and organize feedback information from activities and provide suggestions for improvement of marketing activities;
- Collect internal operation data, issue the company’s annual, quarterly and monthly operation analysis reports, and organize regular company operation meetings;
- Responsible for business guidance, training and organizational management of subordinate personnel.
Work probation period and time
- The trial period is 9 hours, and the regular period is 8 hours (both include meal time)
- 6 days off per month
- 22 days of annual leave (you can apply for paid leave after half a year of employment)

- Reimbursement can be made once the air ticket to the job is renewed (maximum amount PESO 24,000)
- Dormitory: 1 person per room (water and electricity bills are provided 2000 PESO/month)
