Responsible for maintaining the most up-to-date understanding of SEO, employing the appropriate
approach and tools, and increasing SEO productivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing recruitment.
 - Making human resource budget, planning recruitment, training and human resource development periodically by year, quarter and month.
 - Managing recruitment and selection process of candidates.
 - Developing and implement HR strategies and tactics in line with the overall business strategy.
 - Developing policies for promotion and replacement of personnel.
 - Leading and coordinate with relevant departments/units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes and regulations on human resource management, salary and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working procedures, regulations in related fields.
 - Managing and direct the work of employees, ensure the completion of the department’s goals, functions and tasks.
 - Acting as a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues.
 - Reporting to management and support decision-making through HR metrics.
 - Performing other duties as directed by superiors.
 
Requirements:
