RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
 - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
 - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
 - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
 - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
 - Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events as needed.
 - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 - Assist in the development and improvement of HR recruitment processes and procedures.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment.
 - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment laws.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
 - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
