Job Responsibility:
- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
 - Maintaining customer relations.
 - Providing feedback to Supervisor/ Head on customer’s needs/feedback.
 - Preparing and generating reports/relating customer queries.
 - Researching into customers’ queries/concerns into the systems.
 - And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
 
Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ Degree, in any field.
 - Age requirement is 21 to 35 years old.
 - Preferably 1-4 yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
 - Academic qualifications of at least Tertiary level with Bachelor’s Degree.
 - Work experience of at least 2 years in customer service including online support for customers via live chat will be strongly considered.
 - Excellent communication in other Asian languages and European languages is an advantage.
 - Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools.
 - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 
Language Skills:
1. Indian – English, Hindi & Tamil
2. Japanese / Filipino – English, Nihongo (Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji), JLPT N1 or N2 only
3. Malaysian – English & Chinese Mandarin
4. Korean / Filipino – English & Korean, TOPIK 5 or 6 (Advanced Level)
5. Vietnamese – English & Vietnamese
6. Thai – English & Thai
