Job Responsibility:
- To manage daily operations of the Telesales team, ensure the delivery of quality calls, and achieve excellent sales records.
 - Design and implement sales strategies
 - Instruct the team to inform the customers about the products of company and their existing promotions
 - Encourage the team to make sales via call and evaluate records periodically
 - Check the quality and accuracy of the transactions and ensure proper documentation
 - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
 - Empower team members on the best ways to carry out their tasks and improve their product knowledge and communication skills.
 - Performs all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head.
 
Qualifications:
- Academic qualifications of at least Tertiary level with a Bachelor’s Degree.
 - At least 2 years or above of working experience in a related field has an advantage for this position.
 - At least 2 years’ experience in managing a team
 - Age requirement is 21-40 years old
 - He/she must be confident, persuasive, flexible, and has good communication skills.
 - He/she should possess strong leadership skills, rapport building, organization, and motivation.
 - Must have an above average speaking of English and Native language

WORKING SCHEDULE:
10 hours a day, 5 days per week with 2 days off per week and with shifting schedule (morning, afternoon and night shift)
