RESPONSIBILITIES
| 1 | Design Creation: | Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.). |
| 2 | Prototyping: | Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate and test design concepts. |
| 3 | Collaboration: | Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. |
| 4 | Feedback Integration: | Collect and interpret feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members for continuous design refinement. |
| 5 | Trend Analysis: | Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. |
| 6 | Documentation: | Prepare detailed UI specifications and design documentation for developers. |
| 7 | Brand Consistency: | Ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message while staying on-brand. |
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Must have proficiency in Figma for wireframing, design, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability and willingness to operate within the Central Standard Time (CST) timezone.
