RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes.
 - Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional
responses. - Assist in coordinating HR-related meetings and events, including taking minutes and maintaining records.
 - Maintain and organize physical and digital HR files and documents.
 - Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
 - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for HR staff.
 - Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.
 - Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
 - Handle data entry tasks and update HR databases as needed.
 - Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
 - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or HR certification is a plus.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
 - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
