Responsibility :
- Develop and implement advertising strategies across Google and Facebook with the goal of driving growth and ROI;
 - Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that speaks to our target audience;
 - Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum effectiveness on a daily basis;
 - Work with our creative team to develop compelling visual content for ads;
 - Develop A/B testing experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns;
 - Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve performance;
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising;
 - Continuously optimize plans and materials and formulate detailed and executable delivery strategies;
 
Key skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
 - At least 2 years’ experience developing performance marketing campaigns;
 - Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google;
 - Running performance campaigns on display platforms and social platforms like Facebook, TikTok;
 - Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
 - Optimizing campaigns based on performance and customer feedback;
 - Staying abreast of trends, evolutions, and best practices in performance media space;
